through the ordering process together.
Keep in mind that you may cancel your order(s) at any
time as long as they haven't gone into production and we will contact
via email or phone to let you know we are about to go into
production. Replies back are needed if you only want to cancel
your order.

Ordering
After
deciding what is the best MAPPing product(s) for your needs, the first
step is to place a sales order with us. This can be done in one of
two ways as stated below.
The first way is to easily place an
order online.
The second way is to contact us
with your order.
The
normal ordering routine is:
1. Place a sales order via online or by contacting MAP Products, LLC.
2. Submit your artwork via email, upload, or regular
mail.
Ordering
online is easy and secure! To have the convenience of ordering
online any day of the week and at anytime you must sign up for an account
with MAP Products, LLC.
Here is the required information that we obtain from you to place
orders online.

We collect the following pieces
of information twice. Once for billing and once for
shipping.

NOTE:
We do not send marketing material or emails to any addresses that
we obtain through you opening an account with MAP Products, LLC unless
you state otherwise. We take one's privacy seriously.
Contact
Ordering
You
are more than welcome to contact us to place a sales order with us.
We always enjoy corresponding with our new and established Clients and
getting updated about how things are going with them. So, please
keep in mind that contacting us to place a sales order is a slower process
than ordering online.
We collect the same information as Ordering Online to create a sales
order.
Opening
an account with MAP Product is such an easy process.
If we do the ordering for you we'll create an account
automatically.
If you decided to do online ordering you will open the account
yourself. Having an account online gives you instant access to
orders you place both currently and in the past. Also you will
receive an automated User Id and password and you may change at anytime.
Please note that at this time some orders placed by contacting us will
not appear in the order status or order history in your online
account.
If
you decided to put your logo or use a special
font then you will need to submit artwork after you place your order
with us. Artwork may be emailed,
uploaded, or sent to via snail mail.
Please insurance your artwork if you plan to send it us via regular
mail.
Production will not begin until we receive your artwork. If there
is adjustment made to your artwork then production will begin after proof
approval.
Cancellations
Orders
may be cancelled at time as long as they haven't gone into production and
we will tell just before that happens.
Billing
All
orders will receive an invoice after they are shipped.
All invoices are due upon receipt.
First time Clients ordering with us may or may not have to pay in full
or partially before their order goes into production.
Credit card orders will not be billed until after an order has shipped
unless you are needed to prepay.
Shipping
is usually executed the next business after the end of production.
Excepted arrival of your new promotional items is between 15-20 business
days or sooner after placing a sales order with MAP Products, LLC.
